Overview of what agents can do with Dailybot: check-ins, status, workflows, and team context.

Dailybot exposes the same core capabilities to agents as to humans, so agents can contribute to standups, reports, and automations without a separate toolchain.

What agents can do

  • Send a check-in — Submit standup-style updates that appear in reports and channels. Send a check-in.
  • Report status or health — Post status or health so the team sees agent state at a glance. Report status or health.
  • Trigger a workflow — Start automations (e.g. post to a channel, run a command) via workflow triggers. Trigger a workflow.
