My subscription renewed and I want to cancel
Your plan renewed and you did not intend to continue. You want to stop future charges and, if possible, recover the latest payment. Here is how to verify status, cancel now, and understand refund options.

- Billing portal — Confirm whether auto-renewal is still on and what the next charge date shows.
- Cancellation timestamp — Check email for any prior cancellation confirmation; compare to the renewal date.
- Plan term — Annual vs. monthly affects whether a renewal just started a new committed period.
- Admin access — Only billing admins can cancel; transfer billing ownership if the right person left the company.
- Refund window — If the renewal was very recent, note the exact date for support.
Common causes and fixes
Renewal happened before cancellation completed
Subscriptions bill at the start of each cycle unless canceled before the renewal moment. If you canceled on the same day as renewal, timezone and cut-off times matter. Open Billing → Subscription and verify Renews on and Canceled status. If it still shows active renewal, complete cancel steps now so the next cycle does not charge.
How to cancel now
- Sign in to Dailybot as a billing admin.
- Go to Organization or Billing settings.
- Choose Cancel subscription (or equivalent).
- Follow the prompts to confirm. Save or screenshot the confirmation page and any email you receive.
Canceling stops future renewals; it does not always delete historical invoices.
Refund eligibility for a recent renewal
If you truly did not want another period and contact us quickly after the charge, we may offer a refund or partial credit depending on policy, usage since renewal, and regional rules. We cannot guarantee refunds for every renewal — especially if the account remained in active use — but we review good-faith requests case by case.

Verify you are not on a contract or invoice billing
Enterprise or custom deals may renew under a separate agreement. If your billing page shows “contact sales” or invoice terms, cancellations and refunds follow your contract. Use your success manager or support with your company name and contract reference.
If none of this worked
Provide support with:
- Renewal date and charged amount
- Whether anyone used Dailybot after the renewal
- Screenshots of current subscription status
- Any prior cancellation emails
