The organization grid view

The organization grid is the admin view of everyone in your Dailybot workspace in a single, scannable table. Use it to see who belongs to the org, how they participate, and who may need a nudge or a role change — without opening each profile one by one.

What you see in the grid

Each row is a member. Typical columns include name, email, role (for example Organization admin, Manager, Member), status (active, invited, or deactivated depending on product version), and last active or last interaction with Dailybot. Some views also show connected chat identity, team or group membership, or billing-relevant flags when your plan distinguishes billable seats.

The grid answers operational questions quickly: who never completed onboarding, who has elevated permissions, and whether inactive accounts still consume a seat.

Sorting and filtering

Use column headers or the filter controls (search box, role filter, status filter) to narrow the list. Sort by last active to find stale accounts, or by role to audit admins. Combine filters when you are cleaning up before a renewal or after a reorg. Exact control labels depend on your Dailybot version; the pattern is always “filter first, then act on the subset.”

Export and reporting

When your org needs a spreadsheet for HR, IT, or finance, use Export or Download from the members or organization area if available. Exports usually include the same core fields as the grid (identity, role, status, activity). Treat exports as sensitive — they contain personal data — and store them according to your company policy.
