Active Customer Success Remote - LatAm

Join our Customer Success team to help users get the most out of Dailybot. You'll guide onboarding, answer product questions, and gather feedback to shape our roadmap.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our product team. You’ll help users succeed with Dailybot, gather insights from their experience, and contribute to making our product even better.

What you will do

  • Guide new customers through onboarding and help them set up Dailybot for their teams
  • Answer product questions via chat, email, and video calls
  • Identify common pain points and share feedback with the product team
  • Create and maintain help content, FAQs, and onboarding materials
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering to improve the customer journey

Who we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, support, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
  • Comfortable with chat tools (Slack, Teams, Google Chat) and async communication
  • Empathetic, patient, and genuinely interested in helping teams succeed
  • Self-driven and able to manage your time in a remote environment

Location

This is a fully remote position. We’re looking for someone based in Latin America (LatAm) to align with our team’s time zones and support our growing customer base in the region.
